Microcement, or decorative concrete and concrete-look finishes are increasingly chosen by investors, architects and interior designers. Because microcement can be given any texture, it lets us achieve unique effects such as ground or polished concrete, indoors and outdoors, in both new and renovated buildings.

DecoCemic microcement – waterproofing

Microcement DecoCemic Aquatic is a high-quality, two-component, crack-resistant and waterproof coating that is also suitable for “wet” rooms.
Microcement DecoCemic Aquatic can be used on floors, ceilings and walls, and even in showers with a special anti-slip finish. This seamless, waterproof continuous coating microcement, is designed to prevent water absorption and the build-up of dirt, which makes it very easy to keep clean.

DecoCemic microcement – scratch resistance

Microcement Although only 2–3 mm thick, DecoCemic Aquatic or Finish is highly scratch-resistant. However, the most important layer in the system is the top (finishing) coat – the two-component polyurethane varnish DecoCemic PTC 51, which gives the microcement its waterproofing as well as impact and scratch resistance.

Seamless DecoCemic microcement

If you are looking for a truly durable and practical solution, the best choice is a seamless floor made of DecoCemic microcement. It is a uniform surface that works well in modern family homes, shops and offices, as well as on stairs and in bathrooms. With proper substrate preparation Microcement DecoCemic can be laid on floors of up to 100 m² without expansion joints. A floor made with DecoCemic products is durable, very easy to maintain and exceptionally attractive, and it is also recommended for people with allergies.

Microcement With a nominal thickness of only 2–3 mm, DecoCemic is an excellent solution for renovations – it eliminates the dust and waste created when old cladding or flooring is removed, because microcement it can be applied over existing surfaces such as tiles, terracotta or glazed tiles without removing them, which brings real savings for contractors and investors.
